Your Individual Admission ticket provides access to the Policaro Foundation Track Experience, including:
• A gourmet catered lunch
• Networking opportunities with business leaders, performance enthusiasts, and community supporters
• Trackside viewing of thrilling track sessions and high-speed runs
• The opportunity to ride as a passenger in exciting hot laps with a professional driver
• The chance to support the cause by participating in our exclusive silent auction

Participants in any driving experience must be a minimum of 25 years old and hold a valid G driver’s license.

Yes. You may bring a passenger if you are registered for the Lead and Follow experience or if you are bringing your own vehicle to the track.

The cost for a passenger is $1,130 (inclusive of tax). Passengers must be at least 21 years of age.

Helmets are provided for all experiences where a Porsche sports car is supplied, including hot laps.

If you are bringing your own vehicle to the track, you are required to bring your own SNELL SA2015 approved helmet for yourself and if you are bringing a passenger.

• Intermediate: You have attended 1–2 track days in a season (excluding vintage cars).
• Advanced: You have attended 3–10 track days in a season (excluding vintage cars).

Closed-toe shoes are required for any track activity. We recommend dressing in comfortable clothes and for the weather that day

Once you have registered, you’ll receive a confirmation email with arrival details and your schedule for the day based on the package or ticket purchased. All guests are welcome to arrive in the morning, even if their track experience is scheduled for later in the day.

All sales are final and non-transferable. Please contact us at trackexperience@policaro.ca to inform us of non-attendance.

All attendees must be valid ticket holders through purchase or sponsorship, including anyone you wish to bring as a guest. Guest tickets can be purchased prior to the event and are not available on the day of the event. Please ensure you register guests at trackexperience@policaro.ca.

Yes. All attendees, including children, are welcome but must each hold a valid ticket. An individual admission ticket is required at a cost of $1,000 per person. If the child wishes to be a passenger as part of a purchased drive experience, the cost for a passenger is $1,130 (inclusive of tax). Passengers must be at least 21 years of age.

Yes. General admission is $1,000 per person regardless of whether you join us for the full day or only a portion of the event, such as lunch.

No. A silent auction donation is recognized as a contribution only, and you will receive a tax receipt for its value. To attend the event, you will need to purchase a general admission ticket or participate through one of the event packages.

You must bring your own SNELL SA2015 approved helmet. If you have registered a passenger, you must bring a SNELL SA2015 approved helmet for them also.

No. All tickets are non-transferable.

Yes, the event will take place rain or shine. Certain activities may be postponed or cancelled for safety depending on weather conditions.

It is important to arrive on time. We cannot guarantee participation if you arrive late. Missed experiences are not refundable as all net proceeds go to SickKids Hospital.

Yes. Canadian Tire Motorsport Park is wheelchair accessible at the main event centre and paddock areas. Shuttle transportation via golf cart will be available throughout the day.

Please contact us at trackexperience@policaro.ca at least two weeks prior to the event to discuss your requirements.

Parking is included with all ticket purchases. You will be directed to the appropriate parking area based on your experience.

No. All on-site purchases will require a credit card

When registering, please indicate in the designated section if you would like to sit with specific guests. While we cannot guarantee seating arrangements, we will make every effort to accommodate your request.

Table for 10 and Individual Admission:

Grand Prix Advanced and Intermediate (own vehicle):
• Sessions run from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
